The Pyramute is a large, affectionate northern guardian with a calm but athletic presence, blending the Great Pyrenees’ steady watchfulness with the Malamute’s powerful, adventurous spirit. They tend to be loyal, people-oriented dogs that do best with regular exercise, consistent training, and plenty of room to stretch out, while still keeping a naturally protective eye on their family.
