DogWeave is an AI-powered entertainment and educational platform that allows users to virtually “mix” dog breed profiles to produce fictional hybrid descriptions and AI-generated images. All output is entirely fictional and does not represent real animals, genetics, or breeding outcomes.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Certain features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service in a manner not permitted by these Terms.

All software, design, trademarks, and brand assets of the Service are owned by or licensed to AI Sure Tech. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without our express written permission.

AI-generated images and text produced by the Service are generated on your behalf. You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use such output for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial reproduction or redistribution of AI-generated output requires our prior written consent.

All hybrid dog profiles, images, names, traits, and statistics produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and are entirely fictional. They are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. We make no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of this content for any purpose.

DogWeave does not provide veterinary, genetic, or professional breeding advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for real-world animal health and breeding decisions.

Free-tier users are subject to usage limits as detailed on the Service. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or terminate any free-tier benefits at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.

The Service uses third-party APIs (including AI providers) to generate content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those third-party services. Your use of any third-party service linked from the Service is governed by that service’s own terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI SURE TECH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR £50 (GBP), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Sure Tech and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
