The Danmatian is a striking, oversized companion with the Great Dane’s elegant frame and the Dalmatian’s athletic, slightly more refined outline. Most are affectionate, people-oriented dogs that adore family life, mixing the Dane’s calm sweetness with the Dalmatian’s lively, playful spark; they tend to be gentle with children but do best with consistent training and plenty of room to stretch out.
